Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Manali to Sarahan (via small vehicle)
Meet the representative at Manali and after this, you will be transferred to Sarahan via Bhuntar and Kullu. On arrival, you will visit Bhimkali Temple and check in to the hotel. After that have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 : Sarahan to Chitkul to Kalpa (via small vehicle)
The next morning, have your breakfast and then checkout. Now move towards Sangla. Further, drive towards Chitkul, and visit Mathi Temple in Chitkul or can walk around the bank of Bapsa river. After that drive towards Kalpa, check in, and have your dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 3 : Kalpa to Tabo (via small vehicle)
The next morning have your breakfast and now get transferred to Tabo. On the way visit Gue Monastery where you will find a 500 years old mummy of a Buddhist monk. On arrival, check in to the hotel/camp. After that have your dinner and overnight stay at the hotel/camp.
Day 4 : Tabo to Dhankar via Pin Valley National Park to Kaza (via small vehicle)
The next morning have your breakfast and check out of the hotel and drive toward Dhankar. Visit 100 years old monastery in Dhankar and then move towards Pin Valley National Park. Then visit Kungri monastery and then move towards Pine Valley. After exploring the flora and fauna, we will proceed toward Kaza. On arrival, check in to the hotel/camp and have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 : Kaza- Excursion to Langza, Hikkim, and Komika
The next morning, have your breakfast you will drive towards Komik. Explore the place and drive towards Hikkim and visit the world’s highest post office. On arrival, check in to the hotel, and have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 : Kaza to Ki Monastery to Kibber Via Gitte (via small vehicle)
The next morning have your breakfast and check out from the hotel. After that, move to the Ki monastery. Later, you will move towards Kibber village. it is the base camp for the treks towards the mountains. Then you will move to Gitte village and walk up to the homestay and have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 : Kibber to Kunzum La Pass to Chandratal Lake (via small vehicle)
The last morning in Kibber have your breakfast then get transferred to Chandratal lake. On the way explore Kunzum la pass and pay homage to Kunzum Goddess. After that, cover the distance of 2 km to reach the camp and have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8 : Chandratal Lake to Manali via Rohtang Pass (via small vehicle)
The next morning have your breakfast in the camp and check out of the camp, and move towards Manali. From there drive on the Kaza-Manali highway and take a halt for lunch at Chatru. After that, explore Rohtang Pass, and then get transferred to Manali. On arrival, check in to the hotel, and have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9 : Manali departure
The next morning have your breakfast and check out from the hotel. After this, you will move back to your respective destination.

Please provide us your inquiries through the email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format to any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you of such changes in prior over the phone or through email or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
- Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
- Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check the timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
- Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
- The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of the non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
- Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles, are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after Booking
- If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing by email.
- Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
Cancellation Policies
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.
The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :
- Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Balance Payment
- The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
- The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
